Terms of Service - Resume Builder
By using this/these service/s you (the customer /user / subscriber) agree to the following terms:
Payment and Refund Policy
1.1 Payment Terms
All services provided by Resume Builder are prepaid and non-refundable. Services will begin once your order is placed and payment is received.
1.2 Pricing Changes
Resume Builder reserves the right to modify offers, adjust pricing, or update service packages at any time as business needs require.
1.3 Service Discretion
While we strive to serve all clients, Resume Builder reserves the right to decline service requests at our discretion. In such cases where payment has already been received, we will issue a full refund.
1.4 Introductory Pricing
Introductory pricing may be adjusted periodically to reflect current market conditions.
Service Expectations
2.1 Nature of Services
Resume Builder provides professional resume development, writing, and content creation services. Please note that while we are committed to delivering high-quality materials, we cannot guarantee job placement, awards, or specific opportunities as a result of using our services.
2.2 Liability Limitations
Our liability is limited to the refund of fees paid for our services which have not been delivered. We cannot be held responsible for outcomes resulting from the use of materials we provide.
Payment Processing
3.1 Cash Deposits
If you choose to deposit cash into our bank account, please note that any associated banking fees will be your responsibility. Service work will begin once full payment has been confirmed in our account.
3.2 Payment Confirmation
Resume development, writing services, and content creation will commence only after payment has been fully realized in our account.
Delivery Timelines
4.1 Commitment to Delivery
We are committed to meeting delivery deadlines. However, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. In the unlikely event that service is not delivered within 30 days of receiving full payment, we will issue a full refund.
4.2 Standard Turn Around Time
Variable based on service type, as indicated in your order confirmation email. Timelines are estimates and may adjust based on writer availability and client responsiveness. Orders received after 2:00 PM IST will begin processing the next working day at 10:00 AM.
4.3 Express Services
As specified in your order confirmation email. Express service timing applies to one primary service; additional services in a package will follow standard timelines.
4.4 Weekend Orders
Orders received on weekends / non-working days will begin processing on the next working day at 10:00 AM.
4.5 Business Hours
Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–6:30 PM IST (for deliveries). Online ordering is available 24/7. Sundays, and public holidays are non-delivery days.
The Requirement Gathering Process (RGP)
5.1 Initial Expectations
Our services are developed based on the expectations you establish during the Requirement Gathering Process (RGP) or initial consultation call. Once your resume or content is prepared according to these initial specifications and delivered, we consider the primary service complete.
5.2 Client Responsibilities
To ensure we meet your needs, please provide clear and complete information during the RGP. Incomplete responses or significant delays in providing requested information may extend delivery timelines.
5.3 Scope Changes
Changes to project requirements after the RGP has been completed may be considered outside the original scope and could require additional consultation or fees.
Refund Conditions
6.1 Refund Window
Refund requests can be accommodated before the Requirement Gathering Process begins. Once the RGP is complete and work has commenced, refunds are not available.
6.2 Service Inability
We will process refunds in situations where our team has confirmed in writing that we cannot fulfill your requirements.
6.3 Completed Services
Refunds are not provided once services have been delivered according to the specifications established during the RGP.
Revision Policy
7.1 Revision Requests
We welcome revision requests that are clearly defined and align with the original expectations established during the RGP. Please note that writing is inherently subjective, and some stylistic differences between writer and client perspectives are natural, provided the content meets the agreed-upon parameters.
7.2 Service Validity Periods
Resume Editing: 30 days after final draft acceptance (one edit allowed, subject to approval); this timeline is subject to change depending on your order and type of service.
RGP Response Window: 45 days from initial contact
Service Closure: If we don't receive a response to our reminder emails within 15 days of the closure of the RGP Response Window , we'll consider the service delivered and close the order. A reactivation fee will apply if you wish to restart services after this period.
7.3 Revision Guidelines
To maintain service quality for all clients, we've established the following guidelines:
Revision requests should be specific and clearly articulated
Requests that deviate from the original scope established during the RGP may require additional consultation and Resume Builder reserves the right to impose additional fees.
We may designate the service as complete after four versions of a document has been delivered.
7.4 Additional Editing Charges
Changes beyond the original project scope may be subject to additional fees, which vary depending on the extent of modifications requested.
Service Modifications
8.1 Package Adjustments
Individual services within a package cannot be cancelled separately. However, we're happy to discuss swapping or adjusting services for alternatives of similar value.
